Starting your hypnotherapy journey
During a hypnotherapy session, you’ll be invited to sit or lie down in complete comfort as you enter a state of deep relaxation. In this calm and peaceful space, your mind becomes more open to positive change, helping you to respond to life’s challenges in new and healthier ways. By engaging with the deeper parts of the mind, hypnotherapy supports lasting transformation and builds a strong foundation for overall wellbeing. There will be approximately 2-8 sessions. An idea of what we will focus on during the first 3 can be found below.

Session 1
The first session lasts around 1 hour and 15 minutes to 1 hour and 30 minutes. It begins with a consultation form and a detailed discussion to explore your needs, goals, and any relevant background information. This is followed by a hypnotherapy session tailored specifically to you. The session is recorded, and you’ll receive a copy to listen to between appointments, helping to reinforce the positive changes and deepen the benefits of the work completed. This first step lays the foundation for your ongoing progress.

Session 2
The second session is approximately 1 hour and focuses on assessing progress since your first appointment. Together, we’ll review any changes, shifts, or challenges, then continue with a new hypnotherapy session adapted to your current needs. A fresh recording of the session will be provided, offering you support between visits. At the end of the session, we’ll also discuss whether further sessions may be helpful to continue your personal growth and development, ensuring your journey remains effective.

Session 3
The third session is also 1 hour in length and begins with another review of progress. This allows us to identify areas of improvement, reinforce positive changes, and address any remaining challenges. You will then experience a new, personalised hypnotherapy session, along with a recording to use between appointments. As with previous sessions, we’ll conclude with a review, helping you decide whether further sessions would be beneficial in supporting long-term progress.

While guided meditation promotes relaxation, hypnosis is specifically designed to create positive mindset change.
