Holistic Wellbeing Coach, Hypnotherapist, Teacher, and Author
My 35-year journey in holistic health has been both a joy and a privilege. Over the years, I’ve witnessed how people’s understanding of health and wellbeing has grown, and I truly believe that a holistic approach is key to reaching our fullest potential.
I’ve gained extensive experience and training in a variety of therapies to support people of all ages – from newborns to the very elderly, all to help them improve their mental, physical, and spiritual wellbeing. Hypnotherapy has become a wonderful part of this work, bringing together many different approaches to help create meaningful and lasting transformation.
Spiritual Foundation
As a long-term meditator, my strong spiritual foundation informs and enriches everything I do. It keeps me connected, grounded, and fully present in my work.
